St Henri has been appointed development manager for the Moss Vale Enterprise Park by Fortius Funds Management – the owner developer.
The 65 hectare Enterprise Park is located within the Moss Vale Enterprise Zone and has convenient access to road and rail transport which will support major warehousing activities. The Enterprise Park is planned to provide accommodation for a diverse range of commercial, educational and research organisations.
A recent University of Wollongong study has identified the Moss Vale area as having outstanding potential to become a commercial hub, and a centre of employment and population growth. The University plans to establish an extension unit in the Moss Vale Enterprise Park.
The proposed development of the Moss Vale Economic Enterprise Zone has received strong support from the local community and is a high priority of the Wingecarribee Shire Council.
